Problem description

Count how many times pat occurs in text, including overlaps (in aaa, aa occurs twice). KMP (or Z-function of pat+#text) reports every match in linear time. Empty pattern contributes 0. Return the occurrence count. You are given: text — haystack pat — needle Return number of matches. If pat is longer than text the answer is 0.
